The Eagle Mushroom & Wild Food Festival returns August 9 – 11, 2024 to Eagle, Colorado

The 3-day Festival will be filled with mushroom foraging, culinary experiences and nature exploration.  Explore the natural world, and its bounty with notable mycologists and wild food experts Orion Aon, Larry Evans, Ken KassenbrockJohn Sir Jesse, Jon Sommer, Brian Barzee and Sebastian Tabibi.
